Oberland’s growth depended on turning an empty shell of a facility into a smart, connected production space. With no existing IT infrastructure, Pluragon had to plan for everything: network architecture, server and storage, production data systems, secure vendor access, and collaboration between multiple automation partners — all from the ground up.

Before Pluragon came on board, Oberland was starting with a blank slate — no IT infrastructure, disconnected systems, manual tracking, and no clear data strategy. Collaboration between vendors was fragmented and unsecured.
After Pluragon’s involvement, the facility now runs on a fully integrated server and network setup, with real-time production control, a centralized Datahub and ERP, secure segmented access for vendors, and a future-ready foundation built for AI and optimization.

We weren’t brought in at the end, we were there from the first draft floorplan. This meant we could guide key infrastructure decisions early: where servers would live, how cable paths would work, where production zones needed data drops, and how security and access would scale.
We also managed communications across 5+ partners: vendors, automation specialists, consultants, and ensured their systems all connected back to Oberland’s production goals.
